Left in 2018. Overall experience was positive. Good way to break into IT Consulting industry. Comp model rewards those that put in the work and get results consistently. The base pay is low, but comparable to other VARs. Accelerators and SPIFs pay you well, and don’t have many caps. Great benefits.

It really depends on the team/manager. It's nice because you get paid on renewals and can count on run rate. Commission is around 6% however and base salary is low. The culture used to be great and I know other teams are happier than ours. It's also a public company so we are under a lot of pressure.
