It's nice because you get paid on renewals and can count on run rate. Commission is around 6% however and base salary is low.
The culture used to be great and I know other teams are happier than ours. It's also a public company so we are under a lot of pressure. They preach "work your way and remote flex" but we all get pressured into coming into an office often.
It's a great starting point for green college grads
