This company is discriminatory and racist. Even the former head of HR tried to make a difference in the lack of diversity here and leadership at Smokeball pushed back. To make matters worse, they retaliated against a black woman for complaining about racism within 5-6 hours of her complaints going to HR. Should tell you something about how the company is run. Hopefully they get sued and shut down for good!

Awesome product. Great employees. Overall strategy/leadership were lacking given the multiple sales wide layoffs that happened and approach that sometimes overlooked hard/honest work.

It started great! It is beginning to head downhill with lack of communication between management and staff. A lot of inconsistencies across the board. Product too expensive for client base losing a lot of customers due to 100%+ increase with no massive improvements.
