It started great! It is beginning to head downhill with lack of communication between management and staff. A lot of inconsistencies across the board. Product too expensive for client base losing a lot of customers due to 100%+ increase with no massive improvements.

A lot of turnover and constant change. SDR's are not valued whatsoever. You can do much better.
