The product is lights out and works so well for its customers. What's unfortunate is the culture here was tough. I felt no autonomy - told what to do and how to do it. Huge stress coming top-down on upselling PAYG customers who don't need subscription services. Hopefully the recent merge with Reveal will iron some kinks out.
