We all made money and they invested in us, but they started losing top high-mid performers because of company changes and sell rumors. These reps will make 400k anywhere so even though the pay is high, it wasn’t enough to keep them. I would apply here if I were a younger rep that wants to make money fast, experienced AEs can probably look for a more exciting role and earn the same.

This is a slightly above average company to work at. They have a great product, their pay structure and management is so so, and their is a lack of diversity for the size of the company
