Slalom is nit competitively priced or differentiated in the market. They need to change their business model, but have weak leadership and changes are not happening fast enough.

In general, Slalom does not understand the difference between sales and lead generation. They also do not value the role of sales.

First few years were great. Loved my team, however upper management was feeling pressure due to running in the red. Have slowly been cutting comp, and bonuses.
