Slalom is nit competitively priced or differentiated in the market. They need to change their business model, but have weak leadership and changes are not happening fast enough.

Dissappointing. Slalom has a lot to do to mature as a sales organization.

My overall experience was not good. There was not enough support to deliver what our clients needed. Sales did not get the support required to create technical proposals in a timely fashion. HR was horrible and would not help leaders or staff. HR was used as a weapon.

Slalom is a great company that prides itself on being a 'best place to work', but it is not a Sales driven culture which can be a struggle. In general, Slalom does not understand the difference between sales and lead generation. They also do not value the role of sales.
