This was a great work environment before the Salesforce acquisition. However, it was very difficult to hit quota before and after it. Now, the culture has taken a hit (leadership may improve now that CEO is from Salesforce), but morale is so low and too many folks feel negative and disengaged. All that said, they pay really well on the base (hitting OTE is impossible these days). Slack = golden handcuffs, with an asterisk on your ability to hit quota.

Salesforce absolutely ruined the culture. By the time i left there was a culture of deep pessimism and fear. Also, Salesforce has no strategy for Slack.
