Integration with Salesforce not going well and management doesn’t appear to have a plan how to fix that. Bad product market fit in Europe due to Microsoft’s dominance and Salesforce’s inability to bundle their products.

Slack is great depending on your book of business. I had an unfair advantage due to being given golden accounts that helped me hit quota over other harder working AEs. From what I’ve been told, this is true across all of Salesfofce.

Slack is a great place to sell if you have the right book. Most of the enterprise accounts have already been sold out. Multi year agreements, and add on products that enterprise accounts don’t want to buy, make it hard to sell into the sold out accounts. Making it extremely hard to hit your number.
