Made no money aside from my low base pay. Basically if you are OK with just the base pay, you can get away with making calls then you have the rest of the day to do whatever you want. This works well for folks who live in a low cost of living area. Lots of PTO is given so that’s a plus too.

I made a lot of money in commission last year so I was happy but new comp plan is a joke. The sales leadership is toxic and discriminatory. Constant layoffs and people getting demoted.

Overall the company isn't too bad, I have a great team and great manager. I feel that alot of things are over complicated for sales and the base pay could be better, but the money is good when hitting target.
