The company restructured multiple times, longstanding sellers were given opportunities to work on, no cohesion. Training extremely lacking, lots of personalities in senior roles from the same company who enjoyed the sound of their own voice and patting each others' backs

My overall experience has been really good. I like the accounts that I work with, I like the people on my immediate team (including my direct manager), and I like the way my accounts I work with view my company and the reputation we carry.
