Sitecore seems to be having an identity crisis and can't figure out whether to focus on their long-time customer base or those who are ready to move to composable/the cloud? Enablement is disconnected and it's difficult selling so many products. The people are mostly great though.

Sitecore is going through post pandemic growing pains after Private Equity ownership failed to sell the company last fiscal year. New board and new CEO installed and much of the existing leadership was shipped out. Company is restructuring. Likely a lot of opportunity and risk jumping in right now after many internal changes.
