Sitecore is a great company to work for with an excellent product to sell in a very competitive market. There is tremendous potential to sell high value deals with generous commissions, and it's partner network is truly world class, but it's a long and strenuous sales process going against major players in the tech industry. There is a very loyal and engaged Sitecore following in the market, but like many technologies there is high risk for product viability with the emergence of AI, though Sitecore is dedicated to staying on the cutting edge.

Overall decent gig, really depends on your territory though. ELT is adverse to investing in the business, profit above all.

For SDRs there is no training and development, we're on our own. When we ask, we're told we have access to LI Learning. Turnover is high (in the US). Then to hit our insanely high monthly quotas many SDRs were searching & buying RFPs. RVPs don't want to hire SDRs for AE positions (It's been 2 years since an SDR got promoted to an Account Executive role).
