In an effort to address these issues, new C-suite leadership was introduced in starting in April, though one executive has already departed—either voluntarily or involuntarily—within eight months.
The comp plan saw drastic changes at the start of the fiscal year and was revised again just five months later in Nov 2024. Another drastic change, but hopefully for the better. Additionally, we lost our renewals team and the majority of our CSM team, leaving only a few members remaining. Customers are now required to purchase support at 10-30% of their licensing costs to regain the benefits previously offered by their CSMs, and Account Executives are responsible for handling renewals.
