Great place to learn to sell because the product is VERY hard to sell. The people you work with are great but management is terrible. Ever since the new CEO stepped in, the company has had an identity crisis. There is a ton of leadership turnover and the morale of the sales team is at an all-time low. If you interview here, be sure to ask what the team's quota attainment is because it is VERY low.

Leadership is a huge mess. Comp plans are not very competitive even for Senior AEs. Percentages on deals are 16% max. Most people are not hitting their quotas and there is not any kind of path to promotion.

Made some good money, but the company is in a bit of a mess. Lots of change in direction, questionable product fit, churing 200% more than their net new rev on any given Q.
