Leadership is a huge mess. Comp plans are not very competitive even for Senior AEs. Percentages on deals are 16% max. Most people are not hitting their quotas and there is not any kind of path to promotion.

There are a lot of inexperienced managers. Managers show a lot of immaturity, favoritism, and unethical behavior. CYA environment.
