Is this a company where a salesperson can be successful?  Based on these ratings it looks like someone should steer clear

I would indeed steer clear. It is almost impossible to get into a grove or be successful because there are no territories, not enough prospects, and the majority of your time will be spent on non selling activities. If you don't have a lot of closing experience it's a good place to get your feet wet but if you're tenured you'll be wildly disappointed.

Yes, you can be successful.  The product you are selling is highly competitive, and the deal cycles are long, and having patience is important.  Managers highly engage with their teams, and there is plenty of support from the company.

Steer clear of this place.  The interview process will be enticing, but salespeople are leaving the company every week.  You will make a ton of calls, write a bunch of emails, and see very few inbound opportunities.

Sisense is a stepping stone to another company. I would not recommend Sisense to an established sales person

Because of Sisense's shift in the last 2 years to selling embedded analytics almost exclusively, and because we are now a profitable company (not dependent on investor revenue) and we have not replaced many reps from the great resignation of 2021-2022, Sisense is a very good place to be successful.  Territories are large and company is very focused on opportunities it can win.

Badly run company. They have decent solutions but have no loyalty to customer or employees. The ineffective sales managers are ENGAGED so when they cut salespeople loose they can run the deal through someone else. They have layoffs EVERY quarter. People are seen as disposable and at first chance bail out seeing the realities, and favoritism.
