The company is going through a lot of change right now and new leadership has their heart in the right place. However, theres a lack of product market fit with exception to a few select industries / verticals. New sales roles are tough here as a result. Upsell roles are much easier here (assuming you get an ok book of business)

Support for sales teams is lacking and executives are not well oriented with core GTM structure and the resources required to drive sales at a large scale which hinders growth and extends sales cycles unnecessarily.
