The overall experience at the company was good. We had all the standard sales tools like salesforce, outreach.io, gong, etc. to do our work effectively. Regular opportunities for training and feedback. The targets and commission were great.

Software product market fit is not there to meet quota. Reps with the best territories are selling lots of software deals. Financial offering is decent, however, reps are subject to internal processes and check lists. Little to no support post sales. What we signed on for initially changed drastically within the first year. We went from solving an industry challenge to literally throwing money at it to generate revenue at an unsustainable clip.
