Good company, great products but very complex IC plan with rather low base. No real lead generation concept. Reps are typically within 80-120% of attainment which makes it a stable & predictable job. Competitive landscape is very much set when it comes to market share.

RFPs tended to drive leads. To facilitate strategic relationships, we implemented a named account and outbound GTM. Development and training (value-based, Challenger, MEDDPICC) helped drive revenue.
