My overall experience has been good - lots of development, great products, smart leadership, good mission, etc. However, they overhired and put in place a comp plan and RevOps organization that makes hitting quota extremely difficult for new hires without years of pipeline.

The Rep Culture is amazing. Lots of extremely supportive and helpful coworkers. One of the more healthy team environments I've been a part of.
