Was part of a team that was merged into Titan from an acquisition. Things at first were very welcoming, however increased qouta expectations and little allowance to prospect new leads made for an environment that everyone from my former team quickly left, and many people who came in the last two years left as well. Great opportunity but you are in a big pond

Used to REALLY REALLY like it here. I still feel like it is better than most places, but with the changes after the layoffs in Feb, I'm less thrilled with the org.

Terrible churn and burn company in the SDR space. Constantly hiring because they know the quotas aren't attainable. Mass hire 30-50 people each month or more and mass fire people after ramp period.
