This requires Sales Reps to babysit deals after they close and ensure others do their job. Otherwise, you get a clawback on your commission. Rather than the company taking financial responsibility for their operational failures, they shift that burden onto their sales reps. Additionally, the visibility into commission payout is cloudy at best making it difficult to confirm if you did get paid your second half of any closed deals. Finally, commissions are paid out on the MRR despite selling mostly annual agreements so your commission is roughly 3.5% of the ACV - well below industry standards. Browse Other Reviews
