Leadership is the most important factor when deciding where to work. ServiceTitan's sales org has terrible senior leadership. They don't take feedback from SDRs or managers. SDRs are not set up for success. SDRs are seen as disposable and regarded as collateral damage. All that matters is maintaining revenue numbers from the AE org. Decent job if you can hit quota. Most reps are let go in about 4 months after ramping due to attainment.
