Overall experience was great at first then SR leadership made some unrealistic changes. Super strict performance management. Hire fast, fire fast mentally is really ruining the culture at the company. They are losing a ton of good talent by using this strategy. SR Sales leadership needs a serious restructure

Great company, great people, great software. Culture felt forced for the most part, a bit like a teeshirt club. Lack of accountability left and right that consistently created challenges for many folks. The leadership team is special, some of the sharpest people I’ve ever worked alongside of.

Overall experience has been pretty good so far. Definitely a grind but there is potential to succeed. Leads have been a little rough and the rules on opportunities flipping are not favorable to SDRs. Lots of factors that can disqualify all your hard work. That's probably the biggest downfall I've experienced.
