Great executive leadership and innovation. Great culture. Overall platform is excellent but severely lacking in brand awareness outside of traditional IT. Marketing needs to improve - zero inbound leads outside of IT solutions for sellers.

Overall ServiceNow is a fantastic product, It is a very good feeling to promote a technology that is best of breed. Customer renewal rates are very high as a result. However, sales leadership has taken a turn to the negative in the recent months. ServiceNow is no longer the destination company it once was.
