Highly subjective experience depending on commercial vs enterprise and target vertical. If you're in commercial sales and focused on tech start up vertical you'll have low value but volume sales. Anything outside of this you'll struggle.

Initially when I joined the company still had a start up feel to it, since then I've seen at least 4 or 5 different comp plans tossed my way. Each of which has been more cooperate and feels like a way to pay the Sales Development team less and less. In that same time I've seen opportunities for growth diminish. Culturally amazing and Exec Team from CEO through to COO and beyond are highly engaging and super transparent. Enablement is seen as a nice to have so market education takes ages and many are fledgling in this field. Enterprise Opportunities take 18-36 months to close and are few and far between, many people not hitting quota.
