Initially when I joined the company still had a start up feel to it, since then I've seen at least 4 or 5 different comp plans tossed my way. Each of which has been more cooperate and feels like a way to pay the Sales Development team less and less. In that same time I've seen opportunities for growth diminish. I can't remember a Mid Market AE to get hired from outside all promotions have come internally. But the issue is with a slow economy SMB/Commercial/Mid-Market companies are hesitant to spend upwards of 50k for software.

Quotas are too high. As a business we are growing faster than anyone else in our market yet zero people in Enterprise hit quota. Product is industry leading, people are great. Marketing generated leads beyond trade shows are non existent

Great culture that needs protecting. Going through big transition as a company and as a region. Message around sales enablement is not landing in the same way as 5 years ago.
