Overall, it is the true definition of a meat grinder. Honestly, I get it. It makes sense for the company in the stage and industry they are in. I imagine most companies have to go through this phase as well. However, I have gotten to the point that it is depressing to see people get hired. Either they won't make it 3 months, or they will quit after 6 months. The lower people don't make it; the good people leave. That leaves a ton of middle-of-the-road people struggling to keep their head above water. The product and company is amazing. And if you are amazing, you may love it. But don't be shocked.

The company does not care about the employees. You will be fired for doing nothing and they call it a management decision. The lack of stability is mentally draining.
