Great organization for a mature salesperson with a more entrepreneurial spirit. Do not expect a lot from marketing. Whole industry is struggling right now.

Franchise owners do not receive base salary from Sandler but many new franchisees include this in their business plans for the first year. The revenue required to exceed annual earnings as an Enterprise Sales Rep (employee) in prior roles is far lower, and in many respects, more attainable as a soloprenur.
