In doing so, support has fallen off, and salespeople are doing more back-office work, minimizing time to focus on sales.
Promotions are no longer merit based, but dependent upon who you are social with.
Tenured AEs are making anywhere from 100-200k less in commission as all their accounts went to ramping reps who cost the company less overall.
