Public Sector is a hot mess. The pipeline is largely fake and teams are constantly missing quota. Leadership saves face by pretending there is no problem - they believe that the pipeline is real and that deals have simply 'pushed'. This leads to a larger quota the following quarter and the cycle starts again.
If you think you are getting into a good sales orgs via entry through the public sector you're wrong. It's a trap and it's impossible to switch over to the Private side. Browse Other Reviews
