Culture wise Samsara is great but I believe they hired too many people. Most ramped AEs aren’t hitting quotas and the current fixed book model is really just a luck of the draw. It’s a great company and they offer terrific perks but compensation and opportunity wise it is below many other companies.

Good company overall, however quota attainment is very low as few people hit their OTE and it is almost impossible to overachieve anything higher than 120%-140%
