Overall the experience hasn't been as good as I would have hoped. There's definitely a good culture but the reviews are accurate that the Inbound rule is not extremely fruitful. Prior sales skills don't necessarily apply and it seems to be a lot of luck involved with succeeding. The adr org is incredibly well set up. management makes hitting quota to be very doable. top performers are hittign 170-200% every month
