not enough accounts to work per rep, pip culture, pay is extremely under market, ~25% of fully ramp hitting full quota, new reps will crush ramp but fall off once they get to a full #, salesforce errors slow you down, upper leadership out of touch remote, good product, good name on resume

My overall experience is great. However, Samsara is growing very quickly and territories are getting smaller.
