There’s a lot of really great people and the product is the best in the market by a mile. Unfortunately they drastically over hired recently, chopped account books way too far, and kept raising quota. Slowly you can see less and less people hitting quota. Great product fit but went from being a top notch company in terms of pay to the complete opposite. 1. I’m a top performer (top 10%) and somehow still making about the same I was 2 years ago. 2. Raises in the last year we’re only 1-2% which is a joke and insult compared to inflation 3. All directors are white, yet preach diversity
