I love Samsara! Pay is based on experience level and where you are located. This is very transparent in the organization where they provide the range for your role in your area. Overall really solid company to work for!

Samsara is past its prime. We used to have amazing earning potential and plenty of greenfield to sell into. Now comp is designed for only 50% of reps to hit, quotas keep rising and accelerators are only achieved by a select few. Accounts have been heavily worked and inbound is almost non-existent.
