After interviewing with four managers, reading all the positive feedback on Repvue, I was super excited to join Samsara. Sadly, I was given a very insecure and inexperienced manager, that wanted to establish her repressed dominance right off the bat. Like a bad cop, she decided to eliminate employees for BS reasons disregarding people who were making quota, and demanding ADRs to make +80 calls with only 3-5 leads (working inbound only) that had fake names like moby dick or came from Russia. Samsara went full war mode and overhired remote BDRs to throw them in the trenches and provide brand exposure, most of them will die in the trenches and will not see the light of day.

Solid company to work for. AE's are hurting and inbound leads are slowing down. Used to be able to make alot more money here.

My overall experience was ok but more chaos and less structure than in a start-up. No defined, efficient processes and no work put into development of employees. Also false promises made with lead generation. Needed to be almost only done by AE as SDRs were not performing and there was high fluctuation in the team.
