Benefits for the rest of the company does not apply the same way to sales ie: leaves and sabbatical. A lot of pressure to constantly perform, reps / leaders get burnt out. Comp structure and stability of role and long term vision of company has kept me this long.

Current Employee3.1Aug 26, 2024Good products, training is great. Culture is not ideal and getting help is near impossible. Feels like org is leaning towards micro management and scarcity mindset. Most reps are not happy and turnover is very high.
