Comp is getting worse but still great pay compared to other SDR jobs. Starting to feel like a public company (ie: more micro managing, cut throat on numbers, stricter on KPI's). Leadership has made a lot of changes, most of which I'm not a huge fan of but overall its a cushy gig given the work you do

Samsara is a great company to work for. They are generous with benefits and pay, but you won't be around long to take advantage of them if you don't hit your number. Quota feels slightly harder than average to achieve and performance plans go into effect fast.
