my overall experience has been good, the people and culture are amazing. the account book is worn out, and a lot of reps have touched the accounts. There are almost no inbound leads.

Do not work here. Does not matter how much many time you hit over double quota, awards, incentives you make or how much you over achieve. You are just a number and will be picked off a list with no consideration of your efforts or work. You will be let go with 0 notice based off whatever small fine print they can come up with to find someone who is cheaper.
