There's a lot of good and bad with Salesforce. Great place to work if you have an awesome manager and an awesome territory. Lots of politics. Lots of benefits though.

Terrible company… terrible management … terrible experience. The company runs these pipeline fire drills for enterprise sellers, expecting $250k in new opportunities by the end of one week. That is not how legitimate deals are uncovered.

Salesforce is a market leader because it values its people. The brand recognition and trust is unparralelled. They do however use the bramd as leverage to keep base salaries less competitive.
