Large customers buy via ELAs, so if you join after a large deal closes you will be in a risky spot until the customer consumes enough of their deal content to buy more. Also, stay clear of global accounts unless you are in the HQ country - Salesforce does not have equitable revenue sharing practices for markets outside of HQ.
