Former Employee3.7Jul 8, 2024very based on which patch that you will get, do the best with what you can
Current Employee4.1Feb 3, 2024Overall, very positive experience at Salesforce. Love the company and culture of performance. Leadership is tough on, but fully backs the sales team. Compensation is at times unclear in commission plans. Spiffs are common. Development is consistent. One of the best sales orgs.

Current Employee4.1Mar 2, 2024I was in SMB New Logo which has been great for experience but difficult to control outcomes. Success is extremely dependent on leadership and quality of inbound leads. >1% of large deals if any in New Logo are prospected into. The deals that will make your year will be based on inbound (if they are assigned to you). Leads are distributed at managers discretion

Former Employee2.3Aug 26, 2023Leadership is cut throat and borderline unprofessional. Lots of old school fear based leadership. The positive is you have lots of resources and brand recognition. Pay is average…definitely lots of politics…
