My biggest advice is to look heavily into the leadership at Salesforce for your specific role. In a company of over 75000 employees I have vetted exactly where I want to go by looking at the leadership in correlation to my skill set.

Leadership and middle management is hit or miss. Mostly miss. Would recommend getting in, putting it on your resume, and leaving quickly.
