In health & life sciences, SFDC applies a similar sales methodology to the rest of their business (one year AE ownership timelines, third party implementation) which ineffective and was difficult to overcome as an AE. The incentive comp plan is excellent, especially SPIFFs and multipliers for multi-year contracts. When you make quota, you make bank! The healthcare market, outside of some key innovators, is not sophisticated enough to use SFDC to it's full extent and that made selling to that industry extremely difficult. Most of the deals won were years in the making and you just had to hope you were the owner of those accounts when the timing lined up. Browse Other Reviews
