Bureaucracy to the extreme... having come from a startup before this, it's a massive task to answer simple questions. The CPQ is a nightmare to use, can take hours to put together a quote. Training was super generalized and not specific to my role at all. Came in with zero knowledge of the industry vertical I'm selling to and enablement has been almost nonexistent. Total "sink or swim" type of environment. Would not recommend to any AE.

Working for Tableau-Salesforce and am happy with the team, work we do and the company overall. Nothing to complain. Of course there are things that don't go well but I don't want to know how it is with newly established companies.

Zero career advancement for anything below mid market. Way too many false promises and the RTO is completely toxic. Great culture and overall good benefits but not what it used to be unless you can grind through brutal networking demands even as a consistent top performer.
