Highly dependant on the accounts you are given. Luck of the draw isn't so much luck but more a reflection on how long you've been there. General culture of culling those not performing whilst preaching about family values and Ohana. I'm keen to get out...

Innovative products and market leader. Pretty good incentives but terrible culture with micromanagement. Every rep is completely stressed out and unhappy.

Toxic environment driven by unethical practices and several cases of misconduct. A sure sign Salesforce is in trouble having seen the desperate measures being resorted to by Senior Sales Management, especially within the Public Sector unit.
