Place has gone to sh*t, especially in Manufacturing. Its all about Territory, Timing, and Talent. Catch a bad break with the first two and your Talent won't be enough to save your gig.

It's sales so the goal-post always moves but I haven't experienced anything like it here. The product focus changes daily and the metrics that matter (pipegen - down to customer interactions) are more often than not falsified.

Quota too high and comp structure does not favor high performing reps.

Live and die by a good or bad patch. Base salary very low. External hires offered more than internal promotes. Lots of red tape for promotions.
